Jeannie began the fourth day of the Vinexpo at the Sauternes-Barsac GC and Chinese cuisine pairing today.  The spicy and delicious dishes were prepared by Bonheur du Palais and paired with a variety of sweet wines to be judged.  Bill Blatch served alongside a panel of sweet wine producers where they voted on the best pairing.  The 1976 Climens and the Sesame Chicken took the honors for this event. 

In the afternoon, Jeannie attended a tasting of Ornellaia wines from 16 vintages.
