The German Wine Institute and Jeannie Cho Lee MW will kick start the first book launch for their joint creative collaboration in Hanami Restaurant, Oslo, Norway for sommeliers and journalists from the Baltic. The dinner will feature a running theme of key Japanese flavour concepts like umami, soy sauce, miso, chilli, garlic and ginger throughout 5 specially designed courses.
