The first academic wine conference in Asia will host 300 academics for three days in Hong Kong. It is co-organized by the UNESCO Chair ‘Culture and Wine Traditions’ of the University of Burgundy in Dijon and the HK Polytechnic University’s School of Hotel and Tourism Management.
