I will be chairing the 100 edition of Tastevinage, the oldest tasting organised by the famous Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin. Tastevinage consists of a rigorous blind tasting of wines from different regions in Burgundy with the aim of selecting the wines that best represent their appellations and vintages.
