Terms of Subscription

Unless otherwise previously terminated, subscriptions are for one year. Using the information you provided when you registered, we will attempt to notify you several weeks before your subscription will expire reminding you of the renewal.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

JeannieChoLee.com shall retain all proprietary rights in and to the content or any work related directly or indirectly related to its Website (including but not limited to software, programs, designs, information, documents, manuals, technologies, intellectual properties, licenses, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, process, and any other materials used by JeannieChoLee.com in relation to its Website or any derivatives thereof, its business and trademarks including logos and tradenames). Refund

For subscriptions, there will be no full refund of fees paid. If notified within two calendar days of subscribing of the desire to cancel the subscription, a prorated refund will be issued.

 

Termination

If you breach any terms of this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription and your access to the Site without notice and without refund of your subscription fee.

 

Limitation of Liability

Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong“). In relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, each of the Parties hereto agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
