All subscriptions are considered individual, thus it is for your own personal use and may not be shared, resold, subdivided or sublicensed to anyone. The subscription is personal to you and not transferable or sub-licensable to, or usable by, any other person, business or other entity. All of the information and content provided by JeannieChoLee.com is the copyright protected property of Jeannie Cho Lee and/or Asian Palate Limited. JeannieChoLee.com reserves all rights to the Content and any other materials on the Site. Terms of Subscription

Unless otherwise previously terminated, subscriptions are for one year. Using the information you provided when you registered, we will attempt to notify you several weeks before your subscription will expire reminding you of the renewal.


Intellectual Property Rights

JeannieChoLee.com shall retain all proprietary rights in and to the content or any work related directly or indirectly related to its Website (including but not limited to software, programs, designs, information, documents, manuals, technologies, intellectual properties, licenses, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, process, and any other materials used by JeannieChoLee.com in relation to its Website or any derivatives thereof, its business and trademarks including logos and tradenames). JeannieChoLee.com or its licensor(s) (as the case may be) own and shall continue to own all proprietary rights in the content or any work related directly or indirectly related to its Website and all derivatives thereof. For subscriptions, there will be no full refund of fees paid. If notified within two calendar days of subscribing of the desire to cancel the subscription, a prorated refund will be issued.



If you breach any terms of this Agreement, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription and your access to the Site without notice and without refund of your subscription fee.


Limitation of Liability

JeannieChoLee.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy, responsiveness and availability of the Site to its subscribers. Under no circumstances, however, will we be liable for any direct or indirect damages with respect to the accuracy of the information, the availability of the Site, the responsiveness of the Site or your use of information provided to you by the Site.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong“). In relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, each of the Parties hereto agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
