Thrilled to be working with the Hong Kong Tourism Board’s Wine & Dine festival in Hong Kong this year by helping to bring special guest chef Gaggan from Bangkok. His eponymous restaurant is currently the number 1 rated restaurant in Asia’s 50 Best restaurants.
