The German Wine Institute and Jeannie Cho Lee MW will kick start the first book launch for their joint creative collaboration in Ame Restaurant, San Francisco, USA for sommeliers and journalists from the West Coast. The dinner will feature a running theme of key Japanese flavour concepts like umami, soy sauce, miso, chilli and Thai herbs and aromatics throughout 5 specially designed courses.
