SIAL China is the largest Asian meeting point for the food and beverage industry, attracting major market players from retail, catering, hotel/restaurant/catering (HoReCa), food services, the import/export trade and manufacturing come to this show. On average, they receive over 2,200 exhibitors and 46,000 visitors. The whole exhibition takes up a total of 86,000 square metres.
