Perhaps the very last time for Ms. Sylvie Cazes, who has just announced her departure from Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, to represent this Bordeaux “Super Second”, this special dinner features a tailor-made five-course dinner on two consecutive nights at the Belon restaurant of Banyan Tree Macau and Yamazato Restaurant of Hotel Okura Macau. Food and wine pairings are carefully designed by Galaxy Macau’s Master of Wine Ms. Jeannie Cho Lee.
Together with Ms. Sylvie Cazes and her successor, Nicolas Glumineau, Jeannie will lead dinner guests through a tasting of several great vintages of Reserve de la Comtesse, including 2006, 2005 and 2003 and Château Pichon Lalande 2003.
