Signature Dish: Dongpo Pork

28 HuBin Road’s signature dish is Dongpo Pork. Dongpo Pork is a Hangzhou dish of pork belly. The pork belly is consists of half fat and half lean meat, and cut in a square of 2 inches. The cooking technique use for this dish is by pan-frying and braising.  The dish is finished off with a hint of oil, and fragrance of wine.

Zhi Wei Guan Wei Zhuang, Yanggongdi Branch

Zhi Wei Guan Wei Zhuang is located on the lake in Yanggongdi Branch. The restaurant serves all of the classic Hangzhou dishes. It also serves one of the best Medal Port dishes in town. The location of Zhi Wei Zhuang is superb, with the convenience of watching goldfishes on a flowering pond. The restaurant is in a perfect location for a scenic stroll around the western part of the lake. 

Signature Dish: West Lake Fish in Vinegar Gravy

Zhi Wei Guan Wei Zhuang’s signature dish is West Lake Fish in Vinegar Gravy.  The dish expresses the spirits of the Hangzhou cuisine. The fish is boiled and served with a marinade sauce made up of Shaoxing rice wine, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, vinegar, starch, and sesame oil.
