April 2018

Check out the newly revamped AsianPalate.com!

I am thrilled that after many months of tinkering, AsianPalate.com is finally live! We celebrate food and wine together, as always, but we also bring you the action plan, the professional road map, on to achieve this. To find out more, click here.

It was exciting to be part of Season 1 of the wine program Wine Masters, launched at Prowein last month. This is not your usual wine program or documentary. The team behind it, Farmhouse Film from the Netherlands, are experienced in high quality feature film production and the final quality is superb.

Burgundy was my focus over the past few months – see my overview of the 2016 vintage here and search from over 500 wine notes & ratings of 2016 Burgundy. This month, I will be leading a masterclass organized by Wines of Argentina and Consul General of the Argentine Republic at Gaucho from 3:30pm-5:00pm on April 17th followed by a walk around tasting of the largest selection of Malbecs shown in Hong Kong! For more information or to obtain invitations to the event, contact [email protected].
