Park Hyatt Shanghaibrings its guests a remarkableevening offood and wine with Chinese Chef de Cuisine Frank Hu and Asia’s first Master of Wine, Jeannie Cho Lee, in celebration of the official tour of her newly launched book Asian Palate .

Themenufor this special event is created based on a perfect combination of old Shanghainese flavours with a contemporary touch, without changing the core of their being.   As an introduction, a selection of Shanghainese appetisers and cold dishes will be displayed in a family-style setting.   Clean and sharp flavours will be followed by subtle and stronger tastes, finishing with the well-known sweetness of Shanghainese cuisine, with Candied Lotus Roots, which are given a little twist of lavender rather than the classic osmanthus.
