Jeannie will be returning to Hong Kong Polytechnic University to lead another master class for The Food and Wine Academy on October 12th. This time, attendees will have the chance to get enlightened by Jeannie on the concept of Asian food and wine pairing. This master class is suitable for leaders in the hospitality industry and wine enthusiasts who wish to broaden their knowledge in wine.
